ACCIDENTAL WORLD

Oh this strange and accidental world

where perhaps we know

who we're supposed to be

but scarcely – who we are.

NIGHTFALL

The day turned into a dried maple leaf

fallen onto the old book dealer's desk.

Nothing's left in the room

no one – in the whole world.

AFTER WAR

Girls in the brothel were stylized

as the enemy soldiers

so that clients have got

an additional singular feeling

apart from sex.

TRAVELER

Is not this life too short

to come to a conclusion 

– any one at all –

which a new traveler could start with?

BEYOND RECALL

It was a good time

But that life has gone

And it's snowing outside.
